Everyone was super friendly and nice and walked us through the process with professionalism and courtesy!!
Service Rep Benjamin was excellent. All of the reps I've worked with there have been great. This visit was quick and I was out within an hour. In previous visits, the wait has been a bit too long.
Our service advisor (I believe her name was Amanda) was amazing! As far as the oil change itself, it took longer than expected but nothing too crazy.
