All I did was ask for details on a car on cargurus....That was 3 weeks ago and they have been blowing up my phone night and day with calls, texts, and emails from the break of dawn until around 9 at night. When I finally responded to a text, telling them to stop because this was harassment at this point, they responded with "so are you still in the market for a vehicle?" Not from you, psychos. I really just wanted to write this and thank you Douglas Hevener for the wonderful job you did with my car. I did not expect the job to be perfect, but you really did exceed my expectations and I am very grateful. My car looks so nice now and runs very smooth. While the car was messed up it made noise when driven. Now the noise is fixed and my car is sparkling. Thanks , again
I contacted Matt Price about a vehicle on the website. He personally handled the deal. Went over all the features of the car. Very informative test drive. Was upfront on all aspects of the deal. Bill Collins finished the details with finesse and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Every time I see one of their "Jack says yes" license plate frames I remember their awful, grating phone hold messages with the old man talking on repeat. If I have to listen to that when I call, it makes me never want to shop with Antwerpen.
