Karl did a great job for me! I had trouble with other Chevy dealerships regarding my 5K service and oil change. Because I bought my car from Jeff Barnes Chevrolet Karl did a great job of helping me. I didn't have to pay for my service, even though GM wasn't honoring the original agreement when I bought my car. Karl work with me to get the original agreement back in place. I bought a new truck from them in December and have 2 vehicles serviced by them. All the way around they are a great dealership with professional sales associates and service reps which make things right. I will definitely buy another Chevy from them!
This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. No high pressure. Very relaxed. Aaron, sales person, spent ample time going over the car with me in detail.
