Great Service Center. Very friendly and experienced service representatives. Happy with my experience with them. Have first oil change and vehicle checkup on my new Equinox and everything was done in a very timely matter.
Truck was fixed quickly and at a fair price. Excellent service as normal from Antwerpen Chevy.
Technician failed to top off Washer fluid, as requested at write up. Grease smudges left on the top of the passenger side fender and on the leading front edge of the hood.
I like the dealership and service center but they are impossible to reach. The main dealership line sends you into a continuous loop then hangs up. If you're dialing the service center directly, frequently you get a user busy hang up. I'd expect a better communications system from them but if you do manage to get through, they're good.
Experience was great parts were on back order but they were quick to call me and get me back in to have the issues fixed once the parts came in.
