Don’t trust this service center with your car! They failed to properly reattach one of the tire pressure monitoring sensors when I got new tires here April 2024, and the loose sensor ended up puncturing and blowing up my brand new tire. They claimed the disconnected TPMS dashboard warning I saw beforehand was due an aged, failing battery in the sensor – it’s been over a year, and none of my other 3 tires’ original sensors have had any issue. Stay far away from this service center. The staff are rude, will tell you to drop it off and not tell you there’s a 200$ diagnostics fee when they can’t figure out the problem. They assured me there was nothing wrong with my car within two hours of me taking it out of the lot. It broke down again on the highway, the car behind me nearly collided with me. I wish I had read everyone else reviews before I made an appointment for service for my truck. Similar to others, I had an appointment on Friday morning (dropped the truck off Thursday night) and received zero communication until I called Monday morning to check on the status of my tuck, only to find out my truck hadn't even been looked at yet so I went to pick it up. I have bought several new vehicles in my lifetime, and I must say, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The internet sales manager, Fatima and the product sales specialist, Diamonte were both pleasant and professional. I negotiated with several dealerships in the area and Musselman's beat them all. Avoid this dealership at all costs. This dealership broke my navigation system and refuses to fix it I have proof. The manager, Jacque Watson is doing nothing. I was told to bring my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica here for an update for the Uconnect system. During the update, they said that my radio crashed and is now 100% inoperable. The screen does not work at all. A service rep called my phone and told me they are not responsible and there's nothing that they can do and try to give me a price on a new Radio.
