Brought my car in for service on 8.14.2025. The service agent Che provided amazing customer care, constant updates and contact about the status of my repairs. The technicians got my car back running to me a day before expected. Extremely satisfied with my recent visit. The new dealership location looks great the amenities in the waiting area provide comfort. I mostly dealt with Che and Sabrina and they were wonderful to work with. We be returning for my next service.
I want to start off by saying that everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and professional. That being said, I had made an appointment a week in advance to get new tires. When I arrived at the time for my appointment, they had no tires in stock that would fit my vehicle. What is the purpose of making an appointment online and preselecting the tires I want if no effort is put into actually ordering them and ensuring they are there at the time of my appointment. SICK OF THIS PLACE INSTALLED A RADIO FOR 2 DAY THEN KEPT CAR 2 MORE DAYS. NOT ONE RETURN CALL FROM ASSISTANT IN SERVICE DEPT. Brittany you Failed on this One ... I felt like Screaming in Middle of this place due to SERVICE..over 3 thousand Dollars for a New Tuscan Radio .. PISSED I GET UBER TO SHOP RUSHING AS CAR CAME SO FAST I LEFT MY WALLET. NO ONE SAID I HAD $100 DEDUCTIBLE I have to go home get wallet... Omg. But thanks for the Uber Ride
Dropped off my vehicle 2 weeks ago for a recall and was told it was be looked at the week I dropped it off. Was never given a loaner, and was contacted through text ONE time by Sabrina about when a tech would check it out. Never got checked out. Never responded to any of my texts for an update so I called, just for them to give a later date, but then no update or response to my calls/texts on that date..2 weeks without a car. I had my car serviced at the new Catonsville location this morning. This was far and away the best experience I've had at Antwerpen Hyundai and I credit this to my service rep Aaron Moore. He was courteous, thorough and informative and made the typically dreaded service appointment a pleasant one. Thank you Aaron!
