This was my first time taking my car for service here. I needed an alignment and oil change. I used the Hyundai app to schedule the appointment which was super easy and it did put pricing on there. I understand pricing is an estimate with the app. After they looked at my car, they sent me a text with an update and a pdf with the suggestions and pricing. I only wanted the alignment and oil change- not any of the other suggestions- the repair estimate said 109.95 for alignment and 24.95 for oil change. I signed agreeing to the... read more
Nice, clean dealership. Efficient and top-notch... except during check-out. I was asked to wait while the cashier had a lengthy random discussion about "nothing" with a fellow employee. And then another customer who was not in line when I got there. Not sure what was going on. When my time finally came, it took FOREVER to have my car brought around. Overall service was good. Text communication was great. I had a software update performed, my TPMS checked out, oil change, inspection, and front end alignment performed.
The communication at this dealership is horrible. I would not recommend them for a purchase a vehicle. I would never go back to them again plus the service center is horrible. Took the dealership more than 30 days to finalize a deal with very little communication love the vehicle I’m in, but if I could do it all over, I would definitely use a different dealership
Brought my car in for service on 8.14.2025. The service agent Che provided amazing customer care, constant updates and contact about the status of my repairs. The technicians got my car back running to me a day before expected. Extremely satisfied with my recent visit. The new dealership location looks great the amenities in the waiting area provide comfort. I mostly dealt with Che and Sabrina and they were wonderful to work with. We be returning for my next service.
SICK OF THIS PLACE INSTALLED A RADIO FOR 2 DAY THEN KEPT CAR 2 MORE DAYS. NOT ONE RETURN CALL FROM ASSISTANT IN SERVICE DEPT. Brittany you Failed on this One ... I felt like Screaming in Middle of this place due to SERVICE..over 3 thousand Dollars for a New Tuscan Radio .. PISSED I GET UBER TO SHOP RUSHING AS CAR CAME SO FAST I LEFT MY WALLET. NO ONE SAID I HAD $100 DEDUCTIBLE I have to go home get wallet... Omg. But thanks for the Uber Ride
