I didn’t purchase here but I get my service here. The service department is awful. I come in for just an oil change, and despite having an appointment, it usually takes 2+ hours. I’m currently sitting in the waiting room and it has been 2.5 hours. Last time I dropped off and the service advisor didn’t bother calling me to let me know my vehicle is ready. Also the reminder sticker on the windshield showed the wrong mileage. I wonder if they are even changing my oil?
I took my car to Antwerpen Nissan in Clarksville for service, and they gave me an estimate of over $10,000, marking multiple items as “critical.” Thankfully, I got second opinions from two independent mechanics—turns out, NONE of those repairs were actually necessary, and some weren’t even issues at all. This dealership’s service department either lacks integrity or competence—either way, I can’t trust them. Antwerpen Nissan has amazing personnel - Mike Hasting is wonderful! I have been a Nissan customer for over 12+ years; the Service Department offers the best customer service in the area. I had Antwerpen for Life with my first two cars and it no longer exists. I drive past Bowie Nissan just to remain a loyal customer to their dedicated team.
Excellent dealership. Mike (Service Advisor) is extremely professional. I would encourage Nissan costumers to try this dealership. Exceptional.
Let's go over "service" here. You all know full well who I am, and charged out the rear for it while doing a fraction of the job. 1. Had a loose steering column which required ripping out the dash off an older quote which was reasonable based on the labor involved to literally tighten a bolt or replace the internal assembly. Did they bother double checking what part might be required or if they had it? No, not until it was 350+ labor deep to not fix the issue and tell me woops, it's aftermarket-- we actually can't fix it. ... read more
