I’ve only been to this location twice with the second time being this past Monday 9/15. I was an Owings Mills customer for years and worked with the amazing service advisor Brooke before that location was recently closed down. I would not recommend this location due to the service advisors (aside from Brooke) lack of customer service. Upon arrival, I asked the service advisor how long it would take for the standard oil change and tire rotation, he said an hour and a half to two hours TOPS. Best visit ever! Performed diagnostic on tired, fluids, oil change and filter in approximately 1hour. Never had service at any dealer so efficiently and quickly. There was no attempt to coerce me into additional services that were not yet needed. Kudos to you!
I took my SUV for oil change, and my SUV started sounding like a big truck. They put the wrong oil in my SUV. I complained to the service manager. He check the oil stick, which does not show if the wrong oil was used. This was my first time here. I usually go to Owings Mills Nissan dealership, but they closed down, recently. This was the WORST experience UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
Especially, I would like to note job performance demonstrated by Mr. James Valentine, Service Consultant whose high level of qualification and knowledge on automotive issues and deep understanding customer's needs very impressive. Thank you to whole team.
As usual I always receive great service from this department. The staff is always friendly.
