5–star experience with Mr. Yale at Toyota service! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress free . He went above and beyond to keep me informed the whole time. Best service advisor I’ve worked with—and he texted me several times during the day to follow up. And didn’t overcharge me.
Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. I had my car’s oil change done and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Josue was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the service. The process was quick and efficient, and I felt confident my vehicle was well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.
Josue, as always, was very helpful. He arranged for me to get a loaner car suitable for my needs. After the repairs, he helped me understand a few of the “bells and whistles” on my car. This is my third Toyota and he has always provided me with great customer service.

We’ve been loyal Toyota customers for years, and I had taken my Corolla only to this service center since I bought it brand new. However, the last few services it felt like they were just trying to get money out of me versus actually recommending service that was needed. One visit, I was being told I needed a service done that I had already paid for the previous visit.
