I recently brought my car in for service and a tire repair, and as always, Charles and his team at Antwerpen Toyota went above and beyond. Had a great experience this morning in the service department. My appointment was at 8am and someone was there to promptly start the process. I mentioned that I had something to talk about and he immediately introduced me to Josue, who was fantastic all morning. He helped with the issue right away, and was very up front and communicative until my RAV4 was ready. I recently did my maintenance there. My first time to this place. My car gets very dirty especially in the window after that and has a weird smell inside. I just noticed they even charged me for a car wash. And the receipt doesn’t explain the details of each service not like the other dealers. The price is very high for just regular maintenance. Please be careful with their service.
Dale was very helpful, as usual. When I asked if he knew of a place where I could go for lunch rather than wait for the servicing to be done, he was knwledgeable about the good places, Then he set me up with a ride to the restaurant 5 minutes away, but too far for me to walk with my bad hip. First visit showed up a few minutes early for an 8am 20k mile standard service and it took 35 minutes to check me in. 9:45 I got the car back and everything is checked as good. My 15k service (Koons Arlington) said I’ll need a new engine filter at 20k. Antwerpen said it was in fine condition, not fair or bad, but it’s totally dirty after 20k miles (1.5 years) of never being changed.
