I was having difficulty with the 12 In touch screen on my 2020 ,RAM 2 service writers and finally the head of service after spending almost a year dealing with the main office finally procured a proper working radio, touch screen and associated part . No fault of the dealer . fault of somebody farther up the chain in corporate .

It all began with my inquiry over the phone. The young man answered all my questions and transferred me to parts to verify they had the needed part in stock. Upon arriving at the dealer what to do and were to go was clearly marked. Dean quoted me price and time frame and directed me to the waiting area. The work was completed on budget and a few minutes early.
