Oil changes First off I am not blaming the dealer, rather than a misinformed, or forgetful lube guy. I took my jeep JL for a free oil change under the wave program. After reading problems posted on the JL forum, sure enough my engine was overfilled. I am a mechanic and this is not good for an engine. Luckily only drove 300 miles this way. Pre- Jl engines take 6 qts. New 3.6 penstar only take 5 qts.. drained out a qt of oil myself and saved it if I experience any problems. Great New Car Dealer!!!
