Always friendly and helpful to my needs. I'm happy that I chose this dealership for my Jeep. Service is always prompted. Never had an unpleasant experience. Everyone is welcoming and respectful. We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for routine maintenance and was greeted promptly. When we were looking around at other vehicles in the dealership, Colin let us know the Jeep was ready. Very good service.

Always knew Bettenhausen had a good reputation. Drove 20 miles to shop during the Winter Season Savings event in Feb. Went in the dealership, met the Chrysler Manufacturer Rep, he was there for 3 days, talked business and connected with Dave Martinez. (Sales) Explained we didn’t need to buy a car but would if the figures made sense. Traded a 2018 Pacifica. Bought a 2023 Pacifica. Technician personally went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my visit and repairs by explaining everything and following up with me. Appointment time and service time was also conveniently scheduled around the necessity of me having my van and/or an alternate ride for my kids' activities.

Worked with Tom Pandell. What they do at Bettenhausen is different than other dealerships. When we sat and talked with Tom, he showed us all the numbers on his computer and we even worked out a warranty with him at his desk so it wasnt like we had to deal with him, a manager then the finance person. We did everything with Tom, it cut out hours of time and we did not get the pushy feeling.
