We leased a 2018 Jeep from Gary Miller. We were verbally promised a waiver on our previous lease which was not in the new contract. We did not check the contract and trusted the sales person. This led to a misunderstanding and costing us $450. When we spoke with the manager, they ended up honoring the verbal agreement which they did not legally need to do. We appreciated their integrity in this situation.
My husband and I drove 45 minutes to Gary Miller’s to purchase our 2018 Durango. We have many dealerships closer to home but when we found out Matthew McAdoo was working there we knew he was the one we wanted to deal with. First time getting more oil change there normally I would just go to the dealership I bought it from ford but they are always rude and act like going there for a oil change is an issue. So I decided after dodge fixed my recall on my air bag I would go there. They were very friendly and made my daughter and I feel welcomed. :)
I have owned several Dodge RAM trucks. My latest Truck was a Ram 2016 Diesel engine and still under warranty. The Truck showed up as a def system error and would shut down within 145 miles. I contacted “Transitown” (the local dealer) and Chrysler to address this since my truck only had 20K miles. While traveling from TN back home to NY, we experienced an accident and were stranded in Erie, PA with our 2 year old.
