I just had the best car purchasing experience at Honda on Grand!! I was in getting my Civic looked at and happened to stroll into the sales area to see the new vehicles. I told Ray the GM that I needed to come back tomorrow either way, so please get me a quote together with trade in. I just purchased a 2026 Honda Pilot and I love it. My sales person Isai Razo was very knowledgeable and experienced. He really put up a hard fight to save me as much money as he could. I am pleased. This would be the second car he sold me in two years. He has a great personality. It’s one thing that stands out the most in good salespersons and that’s listening to the customer. Isai is a good listener.
