"Painless!" The Humes team made my experience literally painless...Bob Corritore fairly represented me as a customer, and Humes as the dealership. Andy in parts helped answer my questions about accessories, and Kevin Majewski explained my lease options and the dealerships expectation in plain easy to understand terms...Overall a 10!
