Great experience I had during my service! Michael was my service rep and explained/walked me through a couple of items on my vehicle. My oil change experience was great. It was about an hour but had recalls completed as well. Thank you!
Richard the shuttle driver is the most helpful person. He is such a nice person. Bringing your vehicle in for service is always so stressful, but Richard is so positive and takes me home and brings me back to pickup my vehicle once it is completed.
Great service, I’m glade I finally came in for service. My car was giving me issues and my local mechanic was not able to fix it. I spent a lot of money trying to resolve the issue. My service advisor Michael heard me out and helped me with the final price of repair. Got my vehicle back up and running! I am so excited, thank you again Puente hills Chrysler. Definitely recommending to a friend in need of help.
Richard the driver was so nice and was a great help in getting me to and from the dealership. When I need to get my car serviced it is a drag but at least I get to talk to Richard as he drives me back home. He brightens my day, what a great guy!
I brought my truck into the dealer because had a light on the dash. The dealership had a 1 week wait for diagnosis. I asked to speak to the manager and Robert came out to help me. He had a tech come up to look and see what was going on. Joaquin the technician found a hose that was loose and tightened and i was back on my way. Thank you for not just blowing me off an taking the time to care.
