"Love The Car...but did not get a full tank of gas 🙁" Overall I had a great experience with Ruben he was friendly and helpful he responded to my text and sent me pics of the car before I went in to buy the car. Carlos was friendly and helpful. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because Carlos took it to get washed and put gas. I noticed the car was not washed correctly and they didn't fill up my tank like other dealers do.

The atmosphere was friendly and supportive, and did not have the typical "car sales vibe". Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the next time I buy a car, I am going to this dealership. A++
"Best experience" My husband & I bought our Dodge Challenger. Friendly staff, answered all our questions and made us feel like we were right at home. We weren't pushed into a sale, they educated us and made us feel comfortable which is what every car buying experience should be like. I would reccommend that anyone come here, you will be surprised at the experience you walk away with, not to mention a new car.

Puente Hills Dodge is by far the dealer I most regret doing business with. I’ve purchased vehicles from them in 2020 and again in 2025, and even recommended them to my father-in-law earlier this year — he bought a ProMaster just last month. Unfortunately, their service department is hands-down the worst when it comes to customer service. Horrible customer service and business practices. Sold me a brand new car that was a lemon and had been in their dealership service department for months. Impossible to get any answers from them or speak to someone who will return your call. Go somewhere else.
The service department is horrible. They are incompetent at their job. They lie about what they have done with the car and then barely keep you informed of the job that's being done to your vehicle. Sales team great, service department crappy.
