Did homework and visited dealership twice, went back cash in hand to purchase advertised vehicle at the advertised price and was informed that they had the option via the fine print to ADD additional costs of security and protection of $4,500.00. Did not honor the online price I’ll vehicle unless I purchase a warranty which would have increased the price of the vehicle $10,000 more
Worst dealership ever! Bought a car with them 3 weeks ago and my car is giving me some power steering warning. That’s not even my first issue with them, after we signed all the paperwork I noticed that they had added an optional service contract that was $1400. I went back the next day to tell them to have it cancelled and was told that they will have it cancelled fast forward to today and that still has not been cancelled. Purchased a brand new truck. Salesmen added on the "dealer incentives packages". I told them several times I did not want them. Salesmen said they were already on the vehicle. Paid $3180 for them in sales contract. I called LoJack and found out it was NEVER installed on my vehicle. The door Edge Guards were NEVER installed on vehicle! I began calling 2 days after purchase date. The 1st day, they hung up on me 17 times! This dealership makes false promises they don't intend to keep in order to make a sale. Once the sale of the vehicle is complete they totally ignore the consumer. They don't even return calls or respond to e-mails. I regret buying my vehicle from this dealership.

No customer service skills and will screen your calls, management does not reply to emails or voicemails. Your vehicle will sit for weeks with nothing done to it. Waste of time and money!

I was told that I would receive a spare key and owners manual for the truck I recently purchased and was given none of those items nor have i heard anythingback form them. Would not recommend coming here

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! These guys are the most corrupt, unprofessional people you will ever deal with! I was completely lied to about my warranty by the employee working in the finance department. My wife and I were told everything would be covered bumper to bumper. I paid almost $3,000 for this warranty. My van has had 3 different issues since we bought it and somehow all of them have not been covered under warranty. I rating this a poor. This was my second visit to this dealership. I can say that the work was completed. The customer service was unsatisfactory, with bad communication. I called ahead for a factory recall part. I spoke to Patricia and she was very helpful to ensure the part was on hand prior to scheduling the work. She was able to schedule me in next day.
