"Routine service" Service staff was great. My car was taken promptly and was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I was offered a loaner. My car was washed when I picked it up.
"Jeep Cherokee " Rick was a great salesperson. Excellent service. He was very responsive made the process very efficient. He was very prepared and found me the exact car I was looking for. Rick is an outstanding sales person.
"To good to be true " Everyone was so professional and spot on with call backs and keeping me informed on my truck being towed in on a morning it did not start. They sent a shuttle to pick me up and take me to the dealership to receive a free loaner for 2 days until my truck was ready for pick up!!! When I returned the loaner I was in and out in a matter of minutes... it was a 100% perfect score for me !!! I thanked everyone there for doing a great job and making my bad day a good day !!! "Professional and knowledgeable " I had an unusual problem with my Jeep. The service person was aware and took care of the problem quickly and completely. Repair was done correctly the first time.
