Excellent Service Dept. Recently had my Lexus towed to Sunny King Toyota. It turned out they couldn't do the repair because it was a recall, therefore had to go to a Lexus dealer I was very impressed with the Service Dept. Gary was the Service Rep who assisted me and he was very prompt and courteous. I definitely would do business with them again.
very satisfying The only thing I would question is that I was told I had a nail in my left rear tire. My last visit I had the same thing in the same tire, which I found very weird that it was the same tire. Otherwise every time I have had a very good experience.
Finding a toyata Highlander The Highlander has been so popular this year. Michael Battle was able to locate another Highlander that was the color I wanted. They traded and got the car in just a couple of days. I appreciated the efforts that we made to find what I wanted to buy. Just love the highlander.
Scheduled Appointment Service agent explained everything to be performed and additional recommendations when dropping car off for service. The service was completed in reasonable amount of time. Enjoy taking my car to Sunny King Toyota in Anniston as opposed to Birmingham dealerships where I live.

Ease of doing Business It was very easy to get service done at Sunny King Toyota on my Toyota Tacoma truck. I came in and talked to Tasha and Ken. They both were very helpful and had all of my questions answered about some recall work and about my extended warranty work I wanted performed. Everything was done while I was on vacation and my truck was ready for me when I returned. Thank You Much!
I Absolutely LOVE the Sunny King Toyota Service Department I would recommend their service department to ANYONE!!! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Even in their busiest moments and they, are usually very busy, they have the most wonderful attitudes. I know customers can be difficult but you would never know it because they offer what I would call that "Disney" kind of customer service.
