I Absolutely LOVE the Sunny King Toyota Service Department I would recommend their service department to ANYONE!!! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Even in their busiest moments and they, are usually very busy, they have the most wonderful attitudes. I know customers can be difficult but you would never know it because they offer what I would call that "Disney" kind of customer service. Sunny King 2014 4runner LTD purchase May 2014 I had a fantastic experience buying my new 4runner from Sunny King. I was met on the lot by Keith Angel. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and made suggestions based on my input. I was very impressed. Decided to bypass a closer Toyota dealer to do business with him. Excellent Service Had a blown fuse. Tasha was a terrific service rep that took care of my problem immediately. Have bought 4 Toyotas from Rob Jones in past years. He is the best salesman.
Terrible customer service, no one knows what’s going on. They don’t seem to communicate to each other. A mess every time I’ve gone. I won’t ever go back.

No morals will take advantage of elderly people even if they have a disability. Or unable to understand what they are signing.
The only problem is there service department. You have your vehicles oil changed and it takes 5 hours for them to let you know it is done that is with a appointment. And you have to call them . But the manager says all we do is complain. So I told her we will have someone else change our oil for now on. They don’t care about there customers at all.
Wait time. Service was excellent; however, only 1 negative, I was on my lunch hour and told 45 minutes, but actual time of service was 1 hr and 10 minutes. I had made an appointment on Friday before my Tuesday appointment. However, I found out they had rotated by tires, which may account for the extra time.
