Drove from Punta Gorda this morning and had my window tint installed as well as a 2nd follow up with Eduardo. Enjoying my new Rogue and my husband is enjoying his. Thank you Sutherlin Nissan and Eduardo.
I have had many problems with my Nissan and the service staff has been as helpful and flexible as they possibly could be with a complex and technical issue requiring many touchpoints. They have given me something like 7 rides in the courtesy shuttle. Really the level of service I expect, and they deliver.
This review has been a long time coming, but today was the last straw with this place. Between the lies they will tell you about included services, them not providing the service you specifically asked for in an attempt to “save you some money”, or the just baseline atrocious attitude of their service staff you will end up wasting your time or money here - probably both
