OUTSTANDING STAFF AND SERVICE TEAM! My car salesman Christian was like a long lost friend - personable, super helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was being sold a timeshare. They recently let me purchase an oil change package for over $200 on my car that died a month later. No one mentioned that my transmission was dying and needed to be replaced because my car passed their so called “inspection”. They will scam you for every penny. Do better.
Amazing experience! I absolutely LOVE my new pathfinder and the staff at Sutherlin were all so nice and friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being stalked or attacked by hawks in the lot like I did at other dealerships. The whole process was way faster than I expected and I will definitely choose them again. Bought a certified preowned altima Sept 7, Oct 7 car won't start because battery is dead...will update if they cover any or all of cost but so far been here an hour and nothing. Also turns out our temp tag number was given to another car, response is it happens...but they are at least giving us a new temp tag, but left fighting the tolls the other car accrued (from before we got car)
