Robert the Sales Mgr. does not meet customers concerns or handle with a positive result.Totally disgusted with the business practices at Sutherlin Nissan. Battery, strong vibration were told within a week of purchase. They will be responsible for not addressing what was told to them before selling vehicle. Karma is real.
OUTSTANDING STAFF AND SERVICE TEAM! My car salesman Christian was like a long lost friend - personable, super helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was being sold a timeshare. Amazing experience! I absolutely LOVE my new pathfinder and the staff at Sutherlin were all so nice and friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being stalked or attacked by hawks in the lot like I did at other dealerships. The whole process was way faster than I expected and I will definitely choose them again.
