Compared to the other dealers that I visited today such as CarMax, I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness that I encountered at Brown Toyota. Particularly their consultant, Ryan, was patient and open to my desire to reduce the price of the Camry that I came after. Their accounting service were very good since they worked with my bank and got half the APR that I could get before I stepped in. Great service too. Keep up with the good work!

my experience at brown Toyota was very nice. this was my first time going there. I honestly was not looking to buy a new car at that time I was just looking. however my salesmen was very good at backing up what we discussed on the phone. I told him I had no money to put down and he made it happen his name is ryan taylor and he worked very hard for me in meeting my needs and keeping his word. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car or trade in one.....thank you to the whole staff that helped me but especially ryan for being so patient and still offering your help in any way even after I have driven off the lot.

Axel went beyond the call if duty to get a veteran in a dependable vehicle but THEY WOULD NOT GVE SPOILER that was kind of a let down since it is my first car :( you should still be allowed to add accessories if it is within 30 days but they are good ppl

Good experience. Negotiated deal remotely so I just had to go in and complete paperwork. Did take longer than I anticipated at 2.5 hrs. Overall very good experience. Would do business w Brown again.

Purchased a new 2013 Toyota Tacoma. Greg was great! The best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He wasn't only about selling me vehicle. All staff at the dealership was beyond friendly and helpful. As with any car deal when a trade-in is involved, I wish I would have gotten more for my trade-in. But, in the end I feel like I got a good deal on my new truck and am extrememly happy. Additionally, the parts department was also great when it came to helping me get new wheels for the truck. (the stock steel wheels are really blah) Anyway, great customer service and experience!

Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful while I was making my choice. He wasn't pushy or aggressive yet made me aware of what cars he had available that might appeal to me once he had a sense of what I was looking for.

I initially inquired about a new Toyota Camry from Brown on-line. Frances Meiklejohn responded immediately with a welcome, a quote, and additional information, resulting in a strong first impression. The quote was reasonable, so I visited the Brown dealership where Del Baramki showed me a new 2013. Del is a very engaging salesman whose character and genuine manner inspired confidence. He guided me through the sales process that day, involving my test driving the Camry and a comparable 2013 Honda, ending with my driving away in a new Camry. My experience was relaxed and informed, and while the transaction was over no more than a car, it amounted to a pleasant way to spend the afternoon. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Del and inaugurating an infrequent relationship with a service department for whom he and Frances have set a high standard.
