He gave me good information, looked at ways to save me money and called me in advance of an appointment to let me know that a needed part had not yet come in, saving me a trip to the dealership. The service manager also called me to make sure everything was going well. Good customer service.

Puchased my latest Highlander 3 years ago. over the past month I have had service on both of my toyota vehicles - 2 routine service and 2 recall services. The customer service had been exceptional.
