I have had many services here & the assistance I've received has always been excellent! One instance, my battery unexpectedly died & it was probably 10 mins to closing time. I'd intended on dropping it off for service the next day but, without even having to ask, the service staff brought my vehicle in & replaced the battery in just a handful of minutes. This was so considerate of them! They have excellent customer service & are always very helpful. Highly recommend this Honda service provider! more »

All went pretty well. I brought the vehicle in the night before, when the young woman assisted me I asked that they check/replace the rear breaks based on my previous visit and comments from the service rep. I also asked for wiper blade replacement. She simply wrote on the sheet "breaks" and blades once I asked her to and she gave no estimate. I did receive a phone call the morning of my appointment asking if I wanted the work done and she gave me a verbal estimate and verified the difference between blade inserts, and after market blades, etc. The young man who helped with check out was amazing! There was a hiccup when they couldn't find my car for pick up. I waited about 10 minutes b/c they had the wrong info on where it was parked. Everyone was very friendly and they handled my frustration well. I wish I remembered the young man's name for the checkout process. He came and checked on me since it was taking so long to find my car. Thank you! more »

BIG FANS OF PEARSON HONDA! We got our newer Honda Odyssey there during the most difficult time to find and purchase a car, and Pearson made it super easy! No pressure, very informative and easy to work with. We've continued to come here for all of our regular services ever since for both our Honda and our Acura and will continue to do so. Recently we had an issue with one of the key fobs and they immediately took the vehicle in for service. Pearson had us fixed and back on the road faster than expected while chillin in the very comfortable waiting room. "Thank you" to service rep Sean?/Shawn? and to the service manager for the above and beyond performance! Much appreciated fellas, thanks.
