Purchased a pre-owned 2021 Hyundai Elantra from them this week! Found the car on CarGurus and sent a message through the website. I was contacted by Donna from internet sales almost immediately who gave me the out the door price in her very first message. I made an appointment and the car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Donna handed me off to Michelle who handled the credit application and my trade-in. Nigel helped me find a lender with an APR lower than I was expecting (which is always nice) before handing me off to the finance manager (whose name I didn't actually catch.) They did try to lowball me on the trade in, but that's to be expected and they were open to negotiation so I'm content with the price I got. (There's an $1800 "reconditioning fee" on trade ins, so be ready for that.) The finance manager also pushed hard on the extended warranty (I had to say no four times) but that's just him doing his job and I expected that as well. On the whole, the dealership was bright, clean and inviting. Everyone was cheerful and helpful and worked like a team rather than individual salespeople trying to just make money. On top of it all, I got the exact car I wanted and the entire process took less than two and a half hours. It's nice to see there are still ethical dealers left in NN!

Good staff clean facility but I had a strange experience when buying a car… They checked my credit and saw it was high, and were surprised that someone like me would have a high credit score, so much so that they called other employees over to look at my score. Felt a bit disrespectful. This happened a while ago but it still doesn’t sit right with me that they acted like they were expecting a low score based on who I am. But other than that strange incident, they were always professional and got me in and out anytime I needed something done.

Very good prices and not too expensive on used accept for those that have a large amount of miles based on amounts charged!

Service is great

Super nice bathrooms, has 3 lounges on the opposite sites of thw room. 1 out in the open, 1 kinda closed off right next to the random car objects shop, and then a kid one for both kids and parents which has a small room fir parents ans thwn one for kids with a door in between and a glass wall so you can see your children but, have to hear them. And this one right next to the second one which is separated by a glass wall and a door. Also, competitive prices very happy with our car.

I arrived early, and they were able to get me in and out for regular maintenance. Their waiting area has nice desks that allow you to work remotely while you wait, and they also had free hot coffee that hit the spot. Jeff was fantastic about explaining toyota care, and the cashier was super friendly.

Had, an awesome experience getting my first car it was quick & easy. Daryl Johnson was the best very personable and made me feel welcomed with zero pressure & judgment. I would recommend him in the dealership anytime.

I was not buying a vehicle, I was just with a friend that was. Her sales person was Ozzy I believe was his name. He was just delightful and helpful. I would go to him when I need a new car.

Finally a Toyota dealership that is not gouging customers. Straight shooting and low pressure atmosphere. Ozzie was great and didn't try any cheese ball salesman tricks and fear tactics

Buying or just looking at new or used cars is an ordeal. Prepare yourself with your finances and prepare to be there for at least a 3 hours. But our salesperson, Carl Logan, whom I highly recommend, was very helpful, knowledgeable and humourous. In the end I got a beautiful Toyota Prius Hybrid and love it! Highly recommend Pearson Toyota.

My sales guy was Chandler. I came into toyota Pearson a nervous wreck. Ford pretty much ran me out the door with a terrible experience there. Immediately pulling in, my husband and I were greeted and quickly shown vehicles. It was a long process but was feeling better about my car buying experience. They put me in a 22' Rav4. I was very happy!. My family will from now on buy a new vehicle from Pearson only. Because of how well my experience was. Now my mother will be purchasing a new SUV from them as well. I cant express my appreciation enough for Pearson toyota for the outstanding customer service and the understanding of how stressful this process is. Thank you.

Good friendly service

My wife has a Lexus and we go to the Toyota dealership. They are hundreds of dollars cheaper than the Lexus right down the street. And it's the same parts. Lol
