The service rep Collin was quick to meet me and get information. The oil change and bulb replacement was done in quick time frame and Collin explained everything and my bil was quickly prepared. Waiting room was nice with drinks and snacks.
I purchased a new Dodge Ram 2500 last June. The purchase experience was smooth and easy. I recently got a recall notice from Dodge about a small issue with the tailgate. I took the truck in to get it looked at and the service advisor quickly took care of the issue in just a few minutes and I was on my way.
