The service rep Collin was quick to meet me and get information. The oil change and bulb replacement was done in quick time frame and Collin explained everything and my bil was quickly prepared. Waiting room was nice with drinks and snacks.
I purchased a new Dodge Ram 2500 last June. The purchase experience was smooth and easy. I recently got a recall notice from Dodge about a small issue with the tailgate. I took the truck in to get it looked at and the service advisor quickly took care of the issue in just a few minutes and I was on my way. From the purchase to service every experience I've had at Allen Samuels has been great. 100% satisfied!!

When I first went in, I wasn’t looking to buy at the time. I just needed to test the space to make sure my husband and our rear facing car seat could both fit and be comfortable. Colby in the lube, oil, and tire rotation dept. did an excellent job! He kept me informed via text, and for showing up without an appointment, they had me in and out in 1 1/2 hours. He also informed me of a current offer for three oil/lube/tire rotations for $130...hard to beat that anywhere!
