I thought I had trouble with my battery, which I bought there. Collin checked the warranty and checked to make sure they had one in stock. Totally getting prepared. Turned out the battery was fine and it was simply the key fob. They replaced the battery and I was good to go. Very good service.
Collin was the service advisor who assisted me for my vehicle needs. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the concerns and questions I had. I had exceptional service from Collin and he is a great reflection of Ram, Allen Samuels, and great customer service as a whole.

we were looking at the preowned trucks, at closing when E.P. was closing the gate ,we thought he was asking us to leave ,HOWEVER he came over to us and proceeded to help us with the trucks we were looking at. We had the best of care in our purchase of the RAM Longhorn truck!

I called and verified truck was available , I arrive at dealership about 3:pm and left at 5 :pm. salesman Chris Hopskin met me at front door out side and welcomed me and was very friendly and very helpful. finance was very fast and a pleasure to work with on buying truck I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vechile.
