I had a great experience with the service team at the Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location. Always helpful and getting the best outcomes possible. Steve was easy to work with and hassle-free he knew what needed to be done and got me on my way as soon as possible.
I brought my car in last Wednesday to have them take care of two recalls and I had a concern about my drivetrain was humming at around 65 to 70 miles an hour they reprogram something on the transmission and so far it seems to be working good Frank the service manager was polite and took care of all my concerns and was very courteous so far I'm very happy with Antioch Dodge service.
I had an awesome experience with JT, Kevin and the whole Antoch team. I have a teenager and will likely be in the market for another Jeep within two years...JT is the first person I'd call.
Very helpful and responsive to questions I have and to my service needs. If I was to buy a new car, I would consider buying from this dealership.
Was able to make appt quickly for warranty work to be done the next day. Dropped the car off in the morning and was ready by late afternoon. They even washed the car!

Very professional but they missed a brake light out on the vehicle. The low tire light also. No worries.
