I left vehicle with dealer and they said that they were booked until the follow week, my service rep Steve said he would talk to the manager to see if he could get my car in sooner. The dealer had a couple of cancellation the next day and they were able to get my car repaired the next day.
Sahid was swift and had a sense of urgency which I appreciated! I’ve worked with him previously for a warranty claim and he treated it with great priority. I ditched Wickstrom CDJR for Antioch CDJR because Antioch’s technicians and advisors are much more diligent. :)

I was very impressed at the customer service I received when I brought my jeep in for a recall service inspection. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would have gone the full 5 stars if they would have performed all the services I requested but overall I was very happy and will be returning there in the future! I definitely want to mention the porter that helped me to and from the dealership that day is an absolute gem! 5 stars for that guy for sure!
I had a great experience buying my Grand Cherokee L and working with Jeff Constable. I’ll definitely be returning to Antioch Chrysler for my next car purchase and asking for Jeff!
