They got my car fixed in a timely fashion. They were polite and answered all of my questions sufficiently.
Not complaining; just explaining... It’s a win win situation. For the consumer to have a vehicle and for the reps to earn an income etc as a first timer, there was a lot of back and forth with conflicting information beyond our initial POC’s Control. Friendly environment. Professionalism. Was treated nicely. but I was aggravated. I almost walked away. My documents are not in harmony with what the projected outcome for me will be. I don’t feel like a winner. I hope to be proven wrong.
