Twenty year customer. Purchased and serviced three cars at Antwerpin. Jennifer is always informative and friendly. She called me when ordered parts came in. ETA of ordered parts was accurate. Rear AC lines and front end control arm was repaired correctly and on time. Van service was a great convenience Great teams deliver great service. Keep up the great work!

Decent dealership, but service workers make you feel like you're an annoying burden on them instead of a paying customer. Had to wait two hours for an oil change and no apparent water or coffee provided. Bathroom was dirty. Little things build up too. The service reminder sticker was incorrect and was stuck way in the top middle of windshield instead of the top left corner. The washer fluid wasn't topped off, and the tires were aired unevenly.
