Friendly people, clean facilities! However, sadly, not paying attention to some important details - like NOT closing/tightening the lid after the oil change! It had happened before! That time, we discovered it ourselves at home. This time, right as I was leaving the shop, the red indicator on the dash board alerted me about a problem!! Maybe the oil change is assigned to a "junior" technicians? And if so, wouldn't then a more experience person perform a check?... In any case, it's an unexcusable mistake!
