I wanted a white Sonata Hybrid SEL. Ryan, one of the sales managers had my car there in a day. Sang was the salesperson who helped me through the process. John was my finance guy, who helped me get the extended warranty I wanted. I hope this car lasts me the rest of my life, but if it does not, I will definitely go back to the same dealership. I came in with a very specific budget and car in mind. Charles and the owner helped me stay within the budget and also shared inventory I hadn’t seen online and I ended up with a beautiful car I wasn’t expecting.
Upon arrival for service, the representative was busy on his cell phone and completely ignored my presence. I had to ask him to stop using his cell phone and direct me on the process for receiving service. After getting checked in, I was told that there were several vehicles ahead of me, even though I had a scheduled appointment time. The service rep seemed to be confused as to why that would be a problem for me and explained that even with an appointment, I should expect to wait at least 90 minutes. Steve and Joseph were amazing! They took the time to thoroughly explain the process and my car was complete on time!
I was informed that my car was ready, but I had to find my car on the parking lot. The car repairs are ok, the service quality needs improvement in the areas of customer communication
Great customer service. The only hangup was that I called before the service department was close leaving a message on one of the associates phone stating that I would be there by 6pm. Unfortunately I came to the service department and informed that the office was closed and because I did not prepay my bill I would have to come in the following day to pick up my car. But on a good note I love the espresso machine.
Our sales person Mo was amazing! Straight forward and easy to work with! Very grateful for a good buying experience.
