I have to qualify the four stars; these folks generally get the job done correctly, but the department was overbooked, and an under-two-hour (as stated) job took a little over three. They also missed resetting the 'service in XXX miles' indicator, which now shows that I'm 70 miles overdue. EDIT: Went online to learn to reset it myself, though they still shouldn't have missed that. Interestingly, they want me back in 4,000 miles rather than 7,500. No explanation as to why. Jasmine is an excellent advisor. She has always greeted me like I was important. After my vehicle has been serviced she explains the details of what was done. Also, let me know if there is anything that may need to be done in the future. Does not make me feel like a number and then go on to the next customer. That alone makes me feel appreciated.
Everyone was friendly and Joe did a great job of communicating. The job was done quickly and they left the car clean.
