I waited for my car to be serviced and let the service department know that I would be waiting, My appointment was at 2:00 and I got there at 1:30. I asked how long it should take and was told that it would take approximately 2-2/2 hr. I waited until approximately 6:00 and then I went to see what was taking so long.
