Truthful. Accommodating. I had a situation and they helped me,diagnose the problem .great customer service from tech to manager . I could of been hurt or worse. I'm definitely glad I brought my car there
When it necessary to get service work on my Nissan Rogue, I always take it to Security Nissan. I was warmly greeted by an advisor as to address my concerns. On my recent visit, it was James Valentine. We briefly discussed my car needs. The oil change was completed expeditiously and I left a happy camper. I was little disappointed I was not able to get the recall completed because the part was not available. I contact the Servuce Department next week to see if the part is available.
