It fast and efficient The rep in the service department was very nice, informed and experienced with my issue and prompt with my service.
William was very helpful. He made sure to updated me with everything that my vehicle needed. The mechanics fixed the problem, and I haven’t had any problems since.
I commend James Valentine for his good services always. Mr. James Valentine is the reason I always come to Antwerpen for my car servicing. He has an excellent customer service.. And Antwerpen is lucky to have someone like him.
Mr. James kept me informed of my progress and when my vehicle was completed by text and called me. Thank you.

I explain the problem and checked and fixed the problem. I also had an early schedule for service done
Upside: Friendly & responsive. Downside: It took 3 visits to get a mirror replaced. 1st time the wrong mirror was ordered. 2nd time the mirror was apparently used & wiring was cut out & defective. 3rd time was a charm. While frustrating, it caused problems to get there, leave it then make arrangements to pick it up w/ issue unresolved was a waste of time & lost money. No reflection on William. He did finally get it done.
