My car was towed there for service. The Nissan representative, James, was very nice and made the process pretty easy. My car was repaired within a day with nice Nissan app to check out the issue and service progression. I wished they had helped better with the paperwork for the insurance coverage like some dealerships and offered a rental car while mine was in service. Overall, pretty good experience!
Our family needed a car. I had a preapproval through our finance company and Antwerpen Security Nissan was one of the listed dealerships. I called first thing in the morning and came in the same day. If you have ever purchased a car, you know to plan to be at the dealership ALL day - not at Antwerpen Security Nissan. I have had issues in the past but this time (and usually) everything went very well. I believe they really try to be the best. It was a little irritating I couldn't use my Nissan rewards because their system was having issues.
Services performed as requested in timely manner. Polite and helpful. Everyone very helpful, even cashier.
