Great service appointment all the way, from booking appointment until cashing out. Service writer, mechanics, cashier all work as a team and delilver great service. Customer focus is exceptional. Management followup is sincere and interested that you get the best service. Waiting lounge is great, good free coffee and vending available. Comfortable, safe seating and television. Service writer keeps you advised of progress. Recommended service I skipped last year and I had time this appointment.
This was my 5,000 mile service, so there wasn't anything to fix on the vehicle. I was made to wait 45 minutes after my car was done before I could leave. I don't understand why they made me wait.
