First service advisor refused to understand what I wanted as far as a simple transmission drain & fill. He kept insisting that what I wanted was called a flush and quoted a price for a flush. It took a second service Advisor to solve the issue. Except for that the service was very satisfactory.
They do a good job working on my vehicle, but they make me wait 30 minutes for the paper work. In total it took 2 hours.
This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. The salesman, Mr. Baker, is professional, courteous, and a great salesman who understands what type of vehicle is best for me. The managers were also skilled, did not pressure you to make a purchase, and allowed you, as the buyer, to take your time and make an informed decision.
