The service that was performed was good. However, are usually meet with the service associate after they service my vehicle. In this case I specifically asked the service associate to check my brakes as part of the multi point inspection. I never heard anything about my brakes from my service associate. That was disappointing!

Antwerpen Toyota provided friendly, efficient service on the RAV4. One of the headlight bulbs had burned out and they changed that along with the oil change and tire rotation. Yale T. is our service manager and had our paperwork on the desk ready to go when we got there, including notes on the headlight replacement bulb.
