My Service Representative provided excellent service. He provided me with a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait for the 3 to 4 hours it would take to complete the service on my car. This was the first time I had been offered a loaner and I have waited for several hours before when I had my 2017 vehicle. I was excited to get home in time to see the Inauguration.
