Got appointment for next day. needed repairs ASAP. Treated with great service by Jay Tauber and the shuttle driver.
After discussing the GPS problem with my 4Runner, Jay Tauber immediately contacted the GPS tech to arrange an examination. When I brought the vehicle in, Jay kept me informed and described the fix (it seems the software and firmware updates were out of sync). There was No Charge.
