Pickup and delivery service is fantastic!
The service dept is the best. I called 3 other places and they wanted to do much more work than needed. Price was better here as well.
Air Conditioning system leaking after initial work performed to service the freon. Only major issue was that the dealer had my Toyota for over 2 weeks. However they offered courtesy transportation as well as a courtesy vehicle but I did not require one. A/C system working normally now.

Hello, This is my first service visit to this Toyota service center, it was awesome experience. The support team was very helpful in explaining the services, and addressed my questions. They also provided a complimentary car cleaning service voucher too. Appreciate it.
Service was excellent. My Service Advisor, Jay Tauber, kept me informed of the progress as they completed the intake inspection and of the work they needed to do in addition to the original estimate. I sincerely appreciate having Jay as my Service Advisor. He is straightforward and I trust his advice.

As always, my experience at Antwerpen Toyota was great. I pulled right in at my scheduled appointment time, they checked me in, went over what I wanted done and I was done in about 30-45 minutes.
