Customer service was excellent but at the end the filter was forgotten to be put on after I had already checked out. It was fixed though.

Received the usual prompt, courteous, service from Yale Tindall He answered all my questions, gave me an estimate of the time for my service unless something outside the prescribed service was needed inquired and as usual explained what had been serviced before giving the bill to the people at the desk for payment.
Waiting for oil change tire rotation spoke with the advisor advised me that it will be about an hour tire rotation oil change was done in about an hour couldn't ask for nothing more.

I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation. I was a bit disappointed that my oil was changed without my prior approval after only 5000 miles driven on it since the last change. I would have brought the vehicle back in late July before my oil change credit was up.
