My service was excellent! Within minutes of the time I pulled in to the service bay, Phil was with me to check out the problem. The rubber around the back door of my RAV4 was pulling off and stretching. He relayed this information to Toyota and found the part was under warranty. He ordered the part and I had the service done two days later. It could have been quicker, but I had other obligations. The job looks great.
