Everyone was polite and helpful. They have phone charging station, just wish there was a plug for my apple phone.

Service was completed fine but they forgot to reset the maintenance alert on my dash. Luckily, I know how to do it, but the technician/s and service teams need to improve their attention to detail and not make these simple mistakes. If you cant get the simple things right, it erodes customer trust, which is easy to lose but much harder to gain.
