Mr Trevor was instrumental in getting me my new car! I love it it feels so great getting into it and going different places! He is a great salesman and point of contact if anything goes wrong or if I need questions answered.
Customer service in the service department was great, upfront and fast service. I was able to set up my appointment online in minutes.
The only discrepency that I have is that the dashboard screen was not cleared after the oil change had been completed. I plan to revisit Volkswagen in order to clear/ reset the dashboard screen. Everyone is very courteous.
Emelie and the entire service were a pleasure to work with; professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and called Antwepen and spoke with Emelie. She said to come on over (same day!) she would have one of the mechanics take a look. They found that I had picked up a screw and they plugged it and had me in and out in a jiffy. Great experience!

Pleasant buying experience overall and Sam my salesperson was professional and attentive to calls and questions before and after purchase. Only negative was the length of time completing sale, due to the dealership not having a finance person on the day I purchased. So the paperwork took way too long and was a little inconvenient. However, the fact that my Tiguan had a Certified VW warranty and on top of that, a Antwerpen 20 year engine warranty (on used cars under 50K miles) made me feel great about my VW purchase at this d... read more
